We use biodegradable, natural fibers, and our favorites utilize industry best practices from growing and harvesting the raw fiber to manufacturing the fabric. Our favorites: MODAL and TENCEL - two fabrics whose environmental superiority are matched only by their softness and comfort, creating perfect garments for island living.
P R I N T S
Our prints are digital which cuts out one of the most hazardous parts of the process, dyeing. It's no lie that dyeing uses an incredible amount of water and discards it into waterways after use, turning the rivers the season's trendiest colors.
There are current strides being made to minimize the environmental impact of dyeing, and China in particular is prioritizing a huge reduction in the environmental impact of its garment industry, so it's not all bad news. But, for now, we love the environmental benefits of digital printing as well as the artistic freedom.
